Ancient documents tell us that exercises were used as a means of punishment for thousands of years ago. However, only recently serious medical studies and clinical trials have shown that penis exercises can indeed increase penis length and girth. Moreover, the same study found that the increase in penis size is not the only benefit of penile exercises.
Some advantages of these exercises (also called male enhancement exercises) are increasing your ability to maintain erections harder and longer (so you can last longer in bed), increasing the amount of semen you produce when ejaculate, improving your overall control and sexual performance, and of course, to make your penis larger. All these effects can improve your life: just imagine the confidence that you would if you knew that your penis is longer than average and you can take enough time in bed to make your partner happy. This is achievable if you follow the exercise program penis.
How penis exercises work? The specific mechanism depends on the year in question, but basically what makes exercises effective is our body's ability to adapt to the environment. For example, when a bodybuilder lifts weights, your body tries to adapt to the weight of the muscles getting stronger.
The following illustrates how different penis exercises work:
Jelqing. Jelqing is probably the oldest technique male enhancement (was used by Arab nomadic tribes.) These movements are similar to "milking" the penis to increase blood volume, which meets Covernosa Corporation (part of the penis that filled with blood and enlarged during erections), thus the penis visibly larger. An important fact is that jelqing, if performed regularly, can always increase the size of Covernosa Corporation, and therefore the size of the penis (length and girth).
Penis enlargement. There are several types of penis enlargement exercises, but their basic principle is the same: stretching the tissues of the penis. Stretching makes cells composing your penis grow increasing the length and girth (lesser effect) of the penis.
Kegel exercises. These exercises are not directed to the penis itself but rather the pubococcygeus muscle, which is used to delay erections. So if you train this muscle, you can prolong your erection.
